We proudly announce that the book My Son Wants No Pictures, written by Bartolo Ansaldi, is now available on Amazon.
The work is based on Bartolo’e experience as a Photographer and deals with the problems many parents encounter when trying to take pictures of their sons.
While there are some children who enjoy being photographed (in some cases even too much), others (especially the younger ones), just try to avoid the camera with all their will power, and the results are usually pictures with a crying or running child hiding his face.
Why that happens? There are many causes and we first of all need to understand them in order to solve the problem. Is it just because the child is shy, or it’s because he finds in taking pictures a traumatic experience?
Or is it just because he has fun doing it?
In this book Bartolo Ansaldi explores different scenarios he has faced in his professional life as a Photographer and teaches parents and fellow Photographers how to overcome difficult situations with a positive behavior and building up with the child a sincere relationship of trust and mutual respect that turns taking pictures an enjoyable experience for everybody.
